toPBK... I am prioritizing, that''s tha whole point. Surfing today won''t help me attain my current goal. and today''s the only day this week I''ll be able to work in the long run. Besides, it''s gonna get bigger. And ya know, running 14 miles alongside the sea and watching the swell land for an hour and 40 is nearly as rewarding as actually being in it.

I''d luv to keep in mind - a 13 mile run is just that--a 13 mile run- now oh about a 22 - 23 mile run - that''s a half marathon and if you got 1 week left before the taper - mebbe you wanna rethink your attack if your at 14 ??? but alas - i say missing the surfing option was a bummer
the marathon I''m running is in April.... not sure what distance marathons you''re accustomed to running but the one I''m running is 26.2 miles. half of which is 13.1. Are you hitting the pipe again?
